Tours We Offer

The list below will give you some idea of the tours we offer whether for the individual or groups as large as 50!

Birding tours: From the tip of South Africa through the entire Continent. Just to tempt you, let me tell you where we go...Cameroon, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. We will supply all the information you need about travelling to any of these destinations and also send you detailed bird lists.

Battlefields: The region in the Zulu Kingdom which is a land of natural beauty and steeped in history. Your journey through the Battlefields will be filled with history, visits to unique art and craft studios, the option to fly fish and many adrenalin rush activities like 4x4 scrambles, rock climbing or riding wild rapids. The Battlefields lie beneath the shadow of the Drakensberg Mountains and African Stay uses tour guides who are world renowned in all aspects of the wars that shaped South Africa’s destiny.

Tourism for the Disabled: African Stay works with specialists who take care of tourists who for one reason or another are not physically able. We make use of specially equipped vehicles, accommodation that has easier access and special facilities.

Cultural Tourism: Southern Africa has a hugely rich culture and there is plenty of scope for visitors to experience the diversity on many levels.
